  3. Shipping errors and issues: If there is an issue with your shipment, such as a damaged or missing item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. And as mentioned, we will issue a refund within 30 days of you receiving the products if you or someone you gifted the items to don't like them for whatever reasons.
